Welcome to Davis Public Schools and Indian Education.  My name is Patti Hunt and I am the Indian Education Director. We are happy you are here! If you are a new student to DPS please be sure to provide a copy of all tribal documents (CDIB, Citizenship/Tribal Membership cards) to your students school office or you can email those tribal documents directly to me at:  phunt@davis.k12.ok.us

We also need a Federal 506 form on file.  Please print the form (see link below) and upon completion, please return the 506 form to your students school office or email it directly to me. 

We use the Parent Square app for all Indian Education communication so please be sure to join that group on Parent Square if you would like to be involved.  We appreciate your support and I look forward to meeting you!

We offer a Before and After School Indian Education tutoring program so if your student is in need of tutoring (Elem, Middle School or High School) please contact your school office or principal for more information. 

FYI ***If your student is Chickasaw you can also apply for personalized tutoring via an application online by visiting the Chickasaw Nation website.
