CHROMEBOOKS will be kept in the classrooms this year for MS. The goal is to ease the burden of expense to families regarding damages, lost chargers, and students forgetting to bring them. Teachers will be cognizant of the amount of homework assigned, but students must use their time wisely to finish work in class, come in during Encore to complete it, or they can log in to their accounts on any device at home. We know that this is a new procedure and that we may need to make some adjustments along the way. Thank you for your flexibility and understanding as we implement this change.
Our Districtwide Meet & Greet will be tonight from 4-6. If you need help completing enrollment, we will have computers and assistance in the cafeteria during this time. Also, organizations will have tables set up with information about their programs in the cafeteria.
Lunch applications are now available in the parent/guardian PowerSchool under forms. Please fill these out as soon as possible. Thank you for being so flexible with our new enrollment process.
REMEMBER all 7th graders must bring their updated immunization record with the TDap shot in order to pick up their schedules.

I graduated from Davis High School in 2020 and attended East Central University, where I graduated with a degree in Early Childhood Education. I am a first year kindergarten teacher! I attended the University of Oklahoma and received my degree in education. During my time at OU, I met my husband, Dalton, a fourth generation Davis Wolf! We were married in March of 2023 and are now expecting our first child at the end of August. This will be my fourth year of teaching at Davis, but my first year in the elementary! During my free time, I love to read, travel, and spend time with my family. My favorite thing about being a Wolf is the close-knit community! ATTN New Students: Please bring your birth certificate, shot record, social security card, CDIB card (if applicable), and current proof of residence with you to our Meet & Greet on Tuesday, August 13th from 4-6pm.
MS/HS class schedules will be handed out next Wed 8/7 and Thurs 8/8 from 9am-2pm and on Fri 8/9 from 9am-Noon. All enrollments must be completed prior to receiving a schedule. Chromebooks will be available in the office to help with this process. We can't wait to see you!

May 6th-10th is Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week! At DES, though we are grateful for these wonderful people all year, this the ONE week where we show our love and appreciation in full force!
